View was EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD, breakfast was satisfactory, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room was extremely spacious and modest, there were a kettle, a mobile, and a toaster. Really enjoyed the location, it was great and perfect, in the center of down town. And it's a 10-15 minute walking distance from No Name Pizza, ate there once or twice.

The hotel is in a great location close to the airport, downtown, shopping areas, George St pubs, clubs, and restaurants. the room has nice views and is well-equipped with a kettle, a mobile, and a toaster.

Like the concept of having the option of my own meals by Mr on site. Great beds lots of hot water from having personal heater in own room. Great staff.

The rooms are good-sized and well-maintained. The continental breakfast offers a lot of dishes. The location is magnificent and incredible. It is very close to downtown, shops, and Ferryland.

Good they had not only kitchenette but also provided pots and some cutlery and dishes so no need to bring any. Made it very convenient and less hassle to pack extra things to cook with.

The property is well-maintained, and the staff is knowledgeable from check-in to check-out. There are plenty of fabulous options for continental breakfast. The location is quiet and close to St John's restaurants, with downtown and the airport just a short walk away.

Welcoming, Service are the two main thing also not friendly to handicap, and not anxious to help, prefers that you do request to help in anyway like acquiring a foot stool to getting in or on the bed

The room was high-class and huge, with a view of Signal Hill and a queen bed. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and local attractions.- I enjoyed having drinks at the nearby Exile Restaurant and Lounge, just a 10-minute walk away.

We really enjoyed our stay and the young lady at the front desk who checked us in couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. We ended up staying for 3 nights and had no complaints at all.
